We want you to love your ORTC pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure your garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Post Your Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
